    Realme 8 Price in India

Realme 8 belongs to the affordable section and comes in different colour options including Cyber Black and Cyber Silver. Speaking of availability, Realme 8 is available for sale from the 25Th of March and comes in two variants. The base variant comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and the higher variant features 6GB RAM and 128G internal storage. As for the price, Realme 8 price for the 4GB RAM variant is Rs. 14,999 and for the 6GB RAM variant, the price is Rs. 16,999.

Looking at the front, there is a small punch-hole at the top left corner housing the 16MP selfie camera and at the bottom of the display, there is a thick chin. From the rear, Realme 8 features a dual-tone design. One is a plane and another shimmering. The plane portion is mounted with a square-shaped camera module and at the lower side with the company logo, while the shimmering portion is featuring a “DARE TO LEAP” tag line, which makes the overall appearance from the rear dull.

As for the button, there is a power button and the volume rocker on the right and the SIM tray is there on the left side. The bottom side is featuring the Type-C charging port along with a speaker grille and 3.5mm headphone jack. There is an under-display fingerprint sensor for unlocking the device.

Realme 8 flaunts a large 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 pixels of resolution and a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. Also, the FHD+ display features a peak brightness of 1000nits and a pixel density of 409PPI along with a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The only thing that is missing here is the higher refresh rate.

The performance of Realme 8 is handled by the MediaTek Helio G95 Chipset, which is an Octa-core chipset clocked at 2.05GHz. Also, the smartphone is provided with 6GB of RAM and 128G of internal storage along with ARM Mali-G76 GPU for seamless multi-tasking and managing graphics. Although this processor is not something that users are looking for these days, but still for carrying daily activities, it’s an efficient one. As for the operating system, Realme 8 runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 skin on top and supports 4G networks only.

Realme has incorporated a 64MP Quad-rear camera setup in Realme 8. Speaking of the individual sensors, there is a 64MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.79, followed by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.25 aperture, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP B&W sensor. Also, the rear camera supports 4K video recording for ensuring a quality experience.

Realme 8 comes with a whopping 5000 mAh battery, which according to Realme is sufficient for 40 days of standby, 43 hours of calling, and 23 hours of video streaming and 10 hours of gaming. Further, you are provided with 30W SuperDart charging technology, which can refill the battery up to 100% in just 65 minutes. There is a Type-C charging port for connecting the charger.

Realme 8 is an affordable device with a nice set of cameras and a huge battery and a good processor along with a super AMOLED display. If your budget is low, you can go with the 6GB RAM variant of Realme 8 smartphone. However, keep this thing in mind, if 5G comes soon in India, you may have to change your device again.
