One of the most anticipated smartphones from Samsung, the Galaxy A71, is coming soon and we now have some details about the smartphone’s release in India as well. First of all, it is worth noting that the smartphone has already been released in Vietnam. This means that we can have a fair look at the device and what it will offer.
One of the first things that you will immediately notice with the Galaxy A71 is that it comes with the updated camera module which we like to call as “2020 Samsung look”. In fact, this fact gives a fair idea of the new camera design for the upcoming Galaxy S20 series as well. Also, we are going to have a hole-punch camera on this smartphone along with an L-shaped camera module at the back. There is also a diamond-like pattern at the back of this device which we have previously seen from Realme devices.

Coming to the expected price of Galaxy A71, we believe that Samsung will release this device in India under the Rs. 30,000 mark which makes sense as the device does not come with the flagship processor. However, we still believe that the device will compete with the likes of OnePlus 7 and Realme X2 Pro in this segment.
As for the release date of Galaxy A71 in India, a new report claims that the device will be released in the second week of February by the company. Therefore, we have a few weeks left before we get our official look at the device along with its official pricing too.

The first thing that you look forward to in any smartphone is its display and we also know that Samsung is said to be the best when it comes to its display quality. As expected, Samsung’s Galaxy A71 will also come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. The resolution of this display will be Full HD with a pixel size of 2340 x 1080 pixels.
As seen from the launch in Vietnam, we will see a 2.2GHz Octa-core processor but we don’t still know exactly which Exynos processor will be there. As for RAM and storage, we will see a combination of either 6 or 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Since there are four cameras on this device, we feel that Samsung’s focus for this device is towards the camera enthusiasts. The L-shaped camera sensor of the Galaxy A71 will have a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor, 12MP ultra-wide lens, 5MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro camera for the zoomed-in shots.
On the front, we will see a 32MP selfie camera and the device will have an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device is also said to be running on Android 10 which will be based on OneUI 2.0. Along with that, we will see a 4500 mAh battery on this device that will also support 25W fast charging.
