Samsung Reduces Galaxy A31 Price In India

This is the second time price-cut is seen for the smartphone.

Samsung launched Galaxy A31 in June this year under its mid-range smartphone offerings. The company had recently reduced the price of this smartphone by Rs 1,000 to Rs 20,999.

On the other hand, a second price reduction is in play here for the smartphone.

According to Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the price is reducing by Rs.1,000 for the smartphone. Originally, the smartphone sold in India at a price of Rs 21,999. However, it first received a cut back in its price by Rs.1,000 a few days ago.

Now, the company is offering a cashback offer of one thousand rupees on this smartphone, Galaxy A31. This will be an opportunity to buy it for Rs 19,999. However, the benefit of this additional cashback will be available only to ICICI Bank credit card holders and that too on EMI transactions.

This new pricing offer is now visible on both retailer sites and Samsung.com.

Samsung Galaxy A31 Specifications

 It features a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display. In addition, it has a 1080×2400 pixel resolution.

Moreover, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The handset will support a microSD slot up to 512GB.

Galaxy A31 features a hefty 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging support.

In terms of cameras, it features a quad-camera setup with a 48-MP one with f/2.0 aperture. There is also an ultra-wide camera with an 8-MP sensor and f/2.2 aperture, a depth sensor of 5-MP with an aperture of f/2.4, and finally a macro lens with a 5-MP sensor and f/2.4 aperture.

In addition, it also features a 20-MP sensor and f/2.2 aperture for its front camera.

The device runs Android 10-based OneUI out-of-the-box. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
