Gionee announces the launch of a new smartphone in India, the Gionee F8 Neo. It comes as a budget smartphone offering for users of feature phones wishing to upgrade. This budget smartphone includes features like Face Unlock, Slow Motion, Beauty mode, and Night mode to attract young consumers. Additionally, it also comes with gesture support to enable a smarter experience for feature phone users.

Gionee F8 Neo Price in India
It comes with a price tag of Rs. 5,499 for the sole 2GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. F8 Neo will be available in Black, Blue, and Red colors.
Moreover, it will go on sale in the country through close to two lakh mobile retailers that are a part of the local retail network Udaan.

Gionee F8 Neo Specifications
It features a 5.45-inch HD+ (720×1,440 pixels) display that has an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by the octa-core Unisoc SC9863 processor. It runs on Android 10 right out of the box.
In addition, the phone comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage.

In terms of camera, Gionee F8 Neo houses an 8-megapixel primary camera sensor at the back with an LED flash. Upfront, there is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.
The smartphone packs a 3,000mAh battery.

Additionally, the phone has 32GB of onboard storage that is expandable via a microSD card. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone also features a Gem Edge Design at the back to provide a distinct look and feel. However, it does not come with a fingerprint sensor.
