Honor has unveiled an early beta version of MagicOS 11, its upcoming software update built on Android 17. The new release focuses heavily on design and personalization, introducing a fresh interface called Liquid Glass. The company claims it is the first Android-based implementation of a system-wide transparent visual experience.
The update is currently being tested by a small group of users and developers in China. Honor aims to collect feedback before expanding the rollout to more devices and regions.
Android 17 For Honor Introduces Liquid Glass Interface

The biggest highlight of MagicOS 11 is the new Liquid Glass design language. Honor has redesigned several parts of the operating system with translucent effects that create a modern and premium appearance.
