As per an exclusive report, Apple iPhone 5G updates will be rolled out for users in India. They will be enabled by the ones who have enrolled themselves in the iOS beta programme. Though the company has not given the exact date for the rollout. But we still have a tentative week for the same now.

If the users have 5G-ready iPhone devices plus if they are running the iOS 16 beta build then your device will start supporting 5G in the country as early as next week.

Moreover, if the users want to access 5G, their network provider should be 5G capable. Also, they have to be in a 5G-supported region. As the rollout is happening phase-wise.

Now as well the 5G support by telcos is concerned, Apple users on Airtel and Jio who have taken part in the Beta Software Program will get to try out 5G before others. But the users operating the stable iOS build, need to wait a little longer. It may be December to be precise.

So, for the users who are not in a rush and are concerned about inconsistencies and bugs in the beta build, they are suggested to wait for around one more month. After which they can start using 5G services.
