The redesigned base model Apple iPad 2022 was launched by Apple on Tuesday. Along with the M2 Apple iPad Pro 2022. The Apple iPad 10th generation has brought back the all-screen design embarked on Apple’s more premium iPads. It comes as the biggest change for the design in comparison to the 9th generation of iPad.
It even comes with a couple of minor upgrades too. The new Apple iPad 2022 launched in India but with a questionable price tag. Its starting price is Rs. 11,000. This comes as more expensive than the previous entry-level iPad.

Specifications Of Apple iPad 10th Generation
The new base model comes with a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display but with no home button, allowing for evenly narrow borders. It comes with 500 nits of brightness. Moreover, it matches the current Apple iPad Air and Apple iPad mini with flat sides.
It comes in four colours: Silver, Blue, Yellow, and Pink. The Touch ID sensor is now placed on the power button on the top. It is based on Apple’s A14 Bionic SoC and a USB Type-C port.

The front camera is placed in landscape orientation. This is the very first time. It has a 12-megapixel sensor and a 122-degree field of view with support for the Center Stage. This automatic reframing depends on how many people are in front of it and in what positions.
The rear 12-megapixel camera supports 4K video recording and 120fps slow-motion video. The stereo speakers are made to work optimally in landscape orientation. It even has the first-gen Apple Pencil. Along with a Lightning adapter which includes all units.
The new Apple iPad offers 20 per cent better performance and 10 per cent better graphics than the previous model. It will even have 5X better performance than today’s best-selling MediaTek Android tablet. However, we are not aware of any specific model.

It even has Wi-Fi 6 and optional 5G with cellular-enabled variants. This new iPad will run iPadOS 16. While this introduces the new Freeform productivity app and multiple new features across apps. It includes enhancements using on-device AI.
It comes as a tablet for users who requires it for productivity, education, communication, and entertainment.
Price Of The New Apple iPad
The new launch comes at a starting price of Rs. 44,900 for the 64GB Wi-Fi variant. The 256GB storage option starts for Rs. 59,900.

The new Apple iPad can be purchased from Apple Store India. Moreover, it is up for pre-orders. Also, it will be available in retail stores from Wednesday, October 26, 2022. It comes in Blue, Pink, Yellow, and Silver colour options. Eligible customers can avail of the education discounts.

Apple M2 iPad Pro Specifications
The new Apple iPad Pro comes in a choice of 11-inch and 12.9-inch models. It is the same as the older Apple iPad Pro of last year. However, the difference separating them is the core hardware. As the 2022 Apple iPad Pro is powered by Apple’s M2 chip (the 2021 models were M1-based).
It comes with huge performance enhancements, which include ProRes video capture. The 12.9-inch Apple iPad Pro comes with a Mini LED-based Liquid Retina XDR display. Also, the 11-inch model offers a Liquid Retina display.
It has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle TrueDepth camera with a 122-degree field of view. However, it is still in portrait orientation for some reason.

The Apple iPad Pro will be available in as many as five configurations (128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB). It offers two silver and space grey colours.
The 11-inch Apple iPad Pro starts at Rs. 81,900 for the Wi-Fi model. It comes at Rs. 96,900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model. The 12.9-inch Apple iPad Pro is for Rs. 1,12,900 for the Wi-Fi model and Rs 1,27,900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model.
The new Apple iPad Pro 2022 is available for order from October 18. It can be purchased from its website. The shipping starts on October 26.
Apple iPad 9th Generation
The 9th Gen Apple iPad has a 10.2-inch display and Apple A13 Bionic SoC. It is now priced at Rs. 33,900 and Rs. 48,900 for the 64GB and 256GB Wi-Fi-only variants. The prices rise to Rs. 46,900 and Rs. 61,900 for the Wi-Fi plus Cellular equivalents. It is offered in Space Grey and Silver colour options.

The first-generation Apple Pencil is available at Rs. 9,500 in India. Also, the USB Type-C adapter on its own is Rs. 900. Apple even offers a variety of accessories. It includes the Magic Keyboard Folio and Smart Folio.
