As the trend goes, the season or part 5 is divided into two halves. The first part of the Season 5 will begin this week. However, it won’t end for another three months.
According to Money Heist creator and showrunner Álex Pina, “When we began to write Part 5 in the midst of the pandemic, we felt that we had to change what was expected from the 10-episode season. We used every tool we could to create the sensation of a season finale or series finale in the first volume itself. We decided to work in an extremely aggressive genre, putting The Gang on the ropes. In volume 2, we focus more on the emotional situation of the characters. It is a journey across their sentimental map that connects us directly to their departure”.

The trailer for Part 5: Volume 1 was released back on August 2, 2021. Moreover, the trailer is all across Netflix’s social media channels. So, the question stands as to when it will release on the OTT platform in India. The main trailer comes with the caption: “Surrendering is not an option”.
Money Heist Season 5: Release Date, Time and More
The series’s season 5 volume 1 is confirmed to arrive on September 3rd, 2021. Whereas, season 5 volume 2 of Money Heist will arrive on December 3rd, 2021. Each of these volumes will contain five episodes each. This means the fifth season will have a total of 10 episodes.

Money Heist Season 5 “Volume 1” will be available at 12:30 pm IST on September 3. Volume 2 will release at 1:30 pm IST on December 3. This is the case with all the Netflix Originals shows.
The series stars Álvaro Morte as The Professor, Nimri as Seirra, Úrsula Corberó as Tokyo, Itziar Ituño as Lisbon, Pedro Alonso as Berlin. We already know that the fifth season is the finale for the series. However, if you are questioning why it is not extending – it can be due to the increased demand for the actors involved.
