OnePlus will reportedly launch their OnePlus 9RT on October 15, 2021. Besides, it is also expected to make its way to the Indian market as well. The Chinese market will be getting to see the device as well. Previously, a OnePlus smartphone with the model number MT2110 made an appearance on the 3C certification website. Now, this particular device has made an appearance on Geekbench as well.
MySmartPrice was the first one to spot the OnePlus 9RT on Geekbench. From the looks of it, as the reported October 15 launch date is inching closer, the company is most likely carrying out tests. The Geekbench listing also reveals the smartphone’s key details ahead of its official launch.
The smartphone has appeared on the benchmarking website with the codename, ‘Lahaina’. Going by the Geekbench listing of the device, it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
OnePlus 9RT: What Else?
According to a report by Android Central, the OnePlus 9RT was tipped to come with a higher clocked version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. Now, this could have actually hinted at the usage of the Snapdragon 888 chipset in the device. However, for now, this is to be taken with a pinch of salt. The exact processor of the device will be revealed in the coming days.
As per the Geekbench listing, the OnePlus 9RT will come with 12GB of RAM as well. When it comes to software, the smartphone will run on Android 11 OS right out of the box. When it comes to performance, the Geekbench scores of the device are out as well.
Going by that, the smartphone scores 818 points in the single-core test. Meanwhile, the device scores 3246 points in the multi-core tests. As per various reports, the variant that will make its way to the Indian market will come with the model number MT2111.
Additional specifications of the device are known as well, thanks to previous leaks and reports. Going by these leaks, the OnePlus 9RT will most likely come with a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display. In addition, the device is also expected to arrive with a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup. At the front, the smartphone may come with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.

In terms of its battery, it is expected to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. We can also see the flagship chipset in the device pair up with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
