OnePlus RT, OnePlus Buds Z2 Might Launch Next Month in India

    OnePlus RT: What to Expect?

To recall, the OnePlus 9RT launched in China on October 13, 2021. Meanwhile, many expected the smartphone would launch in India in November 2021. However, the month has almost come to an end now and nothing has been revealed officially. But recently, reports suggested that the OnePlus 9RT may launch as a OnePlus RT in India this December.

According to a new report by 91mobiles, the OnePlus RT will most likely make its way to the India next month. The budget OnePlus Buds Z2 truly wireless earphones will be a successor to the company’s OnePlus Buds Z. Apart from this, rumours and hints of the OnePlus 9RT India launch are surfacing especially the recent one being an Amazon advertisement.

OnePlus Buds Z2 brings quite some upgrades compared to the former. Especially, features like a new in-ear design and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). As per tipster Ishan Agarwal, both of these will be launching in India in December. However, there is no exact launch date for the duo, the launch might happen any time in the month. Meanwhile, rumours also suggest that the OnePlus RT will come to India in Nano Silver and Hacker Black colour options. Similarly, the OnePlus Buds Z2 will come in Obsidian Black and Pearl White colours.

OnePlus RT: What to Expect?

To recall, the OnePlus 9RT specs include a 6.62-inch OLED panel. In addition, the device also comes with a fast 120Hz refresh rate panel. We also get to see a peak brightness of 1300 nits alongside a 600Hz touch sampling rate and an HDR10+ certification. We can expect to see the RT feature with the same specs.

Optics-wise, the setup will include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, a 16-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. At the front, the device sports a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls. In terms of battery, the OnePlus RT will most likely pack a similar 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.

Under the hood, the OnePlus RT can also be expected to be powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G SoC. The octa-core chipset will pair up with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
