Xiaomi may launch Mi 11T in India soon. To recall, the company launched the series just recently this year. It looks like the brand is already working towards the new addition in this series. According to a post by @Xiaomiui on Twitter, he mentions some information on this new smartphone. Moreover, the company may follow a similar strategy this year just like last year for launching the T lineup in October.

This Xiaomi enthusiast handle typically tracks happenings and updates within the Xiaomi ecosystem. In a recent post, it talks about updates around the Xiaomi Mi 11T. According to the tipster, this smartphone will be available for global markets including India. In addition, the post apparently confirms the India launch. Moreover, the post has also detailed a few key specifications of the upcoming device.

On the other hand, for photography, the Xiaomi Mi 11T is tipping to feature a triple camera unit comprising a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B primary camera, a Sony IMX355 wide lens, and a tele-macro camera that offers 3x zoom.

According to the post, the Xiaomi Mi 11T will feature a 20:9 display with a 120Hz aspect ratio. Whereas, other reports have stated that the display will feature an OLED panel. The device is also tipping to power on a MediaTek processor. However, the post does not clarify which chipset may be present on the phone. To recall, last year’s Mi 10T comes with 144Hz LCD panels. Whereas, the Xiaomi Mi 11T will have an OLED display. Xiaomi has made this transition from LCD to AMOLED panels this year on most of its smartphones both under Redmi and Mi sub-brands.

Meanwhile, some reports have tipped the Xiaomi Mi 11T to rival the recently launched OnePlus Nord 2. As a result, speculations suggest that the chipset in the upcoming Xiaomi phone may be the MediaTek Dimensity 1200.

The smartphone maker is also tipped to launch the Mi 11T in China but, under a different name. It is possible that the Mi 11T may sit below the Mi 11X series in terms of its pricing, although such details will only become apparent closer to the launch dates.
