OnePlus and Epic Games have partnered together to create a never-seen-before gaming experience on the new OnePlus 8 series. Both the companies have designed and now deliver a mind-boggling 90FPS gaming experience of the epic Fortnite on Unreal Engine which is currently the highest among any other smartphones irrespective of the make and model.
It took Chinese giant OnePlus and Epic Games months to develop the deployment of the new high framerate of Fortnite gaming experience unmatched even by the current generations of gaming consoles according to Pete Lau, Founder, and CEO of OnePlus. He further added that this is possible because of OnePlus speedy performance, industry-leading design, and overall user experience.

Users who are interested in playing Fortnite at 90FPS on OnePlus 8 devices can download the game right from Epic Games’ app using its ‘One-Touch’ feature embedded within that simplifies downloading the game, otherwise a bit of a strenuous process. According to Time Sweeney, Founder of Epic Games, the One Touch feature simplifies the process while removing the friction that Android devices have to undergo when downloading a game as said. The One Touch installation feature arrives in India first.
He further added that they have made a tonne of performance improvements on top of the huge hike in the frame rate for an awesome gaming experience. As of now, OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T, and OnePlus 7T Pro were able to support Fortnite at 60FPS. With the current update in place, anyone using OnePlus 6 and above will be able to play the epic battle royale game at a whopping 90Hz which is 50% higher than what others can play and to be honest, it is a huge change in case if you don’t know.
