The flagship smartphone comes with the same specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. However, the smartphone comes with slight design changes alongside modifications to the overall aesthetics. These changes include the Samsung W21 5G not carrying the ‘Galaxy’ branding.

Furthermore, the smartphone is available in just a single color option unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Besides, the back panel design of the phone is also different with vertical lines running from top to bottom.
Samsung W21 5G Specifications
The Samsung W21 5G has two regular SIM slots instead of the SIM + eSIM configuration of the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Moreover, the Samsung W21 5G features a 7.6-inch full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,768 x 2,208 pixels. Additionally, it is a foldable, Dynamic AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 120Hz refresh rate. When folded, a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 816 x 2,260 pixels on the cover shows up.
On the processor front, the Samsung W21 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 865+ SoC. The octa-core flagship chipset is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
When it comes to cameras, the Samsung W21 5G features a triple rear camera setup. This is exactly the same setup as the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The setup includes a 12-megapixel sensor with an f/1.8 lens, a 12-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 telephoto lens. On the front, the smartphone comes with a 10-megapixel selfie shooter. Additionally, the selfie shooter comes with an f/2.2 lens on the cover screen and the main display.

The Samsung W21 5G packs a decent 4500mAh battery along with 25W fast charging support. Additionally, the phone also supports 11W wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare. These details are revealed by a report of GSMArena. Moreover, the report also reveals that the W21 5G is actually slightly taller than the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
Samsung W21 5G Price And Availability
The Samsung W21 5G price in China has been set at CNY 19,999. This converts to roughly Rs. 2.23 lakh in the Indian currency. Moreover, this is the price for the single 12GB/512GB variant of the device. Furthermore, the smartphone comes in a single Gold color option.

When it comes to the availability of the device, it is already up for pre-booking in China. The second round of pre-booking for the device starts from November 11. Morever, the Samsung W21 5G will start shipping from November 27. However, the India launch and availability of the device is currently under wraps.
All-in-all, the smartphone is actually just a slightly different Galaxy Z Fold 2. Apart from those minor design changes, there is nothing extra that the phone really offers. However, Samsung fans in China will definitely go for this device.
