Similar to Instagram’s close friends feature, the Twitter circle will let the users share tweets with a small crowd or a selected number of people. Users can choose up to 150 people at a time with whom they want to share their tweets. The Twitter new feature has been rolled out for some people as of now, and it will be available for everyone else in the coming days.

- You can choose up to 150 people, regardless of whether you are following them or not.
- While twitting, you can select the option for “Twitter Circle” to make the tweets visible to only those selected number of people.
- You can edit the Twitter circle list anytime you want.

As of now, talks are being made the users will be able to edit any tweet within 30-minutes of posting it. Post that, the edit option won’t show. Musk tweeted on May 4, 2022, that Twitter might charge some fee. However, this fee is not for general users, but commercial or government users might have to pay a slight fee in the coming days. Musk’s plan is to charge a fee when any third-party website would want to quote or embed tweets from verified individuals or organizations.
So, government and commercial users might have to pay a price tag for their tweets soon.
Content Moderation
Musk is a practitioner of free speech, and he believes Twitter is the micro-blogging platform where people can express their thoughts.
