Airtel has removed its Rs 549 individual postpaid plan in India. Customers who want a better plan now have to choose the Rs 699 Family plan. The entry-level Rs 449 plan is still available.
Airtel Postpaid Plans Price And Changes

Airtel made this change quietly in the Airtel Postpaid Plans. The Rs 549 plan is no longer listed on the website or Airtel Thanks app.
- Rs 449 Individual Plan: Still the cheapest option
- Rs 699 Family Plan: Now the next upgrade (1 main + 1 add-on SIM)
- Higher Family plans (Rs 999 to Rs 1,749) remain unchanged
This move pushes customers towards family plans that offer better value per SIM.

- Unlimited voice calls + 100 SMS per day
