Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2022 will take place on August 10, 2022. Samsung’s next Unpacked event will see the introduction of two new foldable smartphones. They are Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 5G and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 5G. Moreover, the company is likely to release two new Galaxy Watch 5 series smartwatches in addition to the foldable phones. These include the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5.
The Watch 5 series’ official launch information has not yet been made public by Samsung. However, some important information about the next Samsung smartwatches has been leaked via the rumour mill. The most recent leak consists of the Galaxy Watch 5 series’ official photos.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Series Design Images
Samsung’s new premium smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 5 series, will compete with the impending Apple Watch Series 8. The round shapes of the new Galaxy Watch 5 models will be present. The design is rather reminiscent of the previous Watch 4 iterations.
The design renders, which also show the available colours of these two smartwatches’, were published by tipster EvLeaks and 91Mobiles. Grey Titanium and Black Titanium will be the first two colours available for the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. Samsung will provide more color variations of the Watch 5 regular model. According to reports, the Watch 5 40mm will be available in Pink Gold, Graphite, and Silver at launch, while the 44mm model will be available in Graphite, Silver, and Sapphire.

Numerous fitness and health-related features, such as a new temperature sensor for fever detection, will come with the upcoming Galaxy smartwatches. Additionally, the company will add new ecosystem capabilities to the Watch 5 series that will sync with the Galaxy laptops and smartphones.
The pricing information for the new Samsung smartwatches is also there in the reports. The base 40mm Galaxy Watch 5 with Bluetooth connectivity will cost EUR 259.98 (about Rs 21,050), while the 44mm model will cost EUR 286.90, the report claims (roughly Rs 23,240). The price for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro 45mm version will start at EUR 430.89. (roughly Rs 34,900).
