Recently, a supposed prototype of the Pixel 10 appeared on a Chinese auction site. The listing features a photo of the alleged motherboard as well as images of the Pixel 10 smartphone itself.     The image leak shows a prototype motherboard for the Google Pixel 10 on the Chinese auction site. The listing features a Tensor G5 chip, with the seller claiming it to be an EVT1.0 (Engineering Validation Testing) prototype motherboard for the Pixel 10, stating that it is “guaranteed to boot.” The price will be CNY 7,777 (approximately Rs. 92,000).

    The listing also includes images of the alleged Pixel 10 unit, displaying its fastboot menu. A sticker beneath the camera bar references “DVT” (Design Validation Test), indicating that this is an early-stage development model. The prototype markings suggest the motherboard may have come from an actual Pixel 10.

    Launch Date And Expected Specifications

    The standard Google Pixel 10 may come with a 4,970mAh battery, supporting 29W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. It may sport a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone’s triple rear camera setup is likely to include a 48-megapixel sensor (1/2.0-inch), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a new 10.8-megapixel 5x telephoto sensor. Additionally, it is anticipated to feature 12GB of RAM.

    The Pixel 10 series may launch on August 20 during a Made by Google event. These smartphones are expected to be powered by the new Tensor G5 chip, coupled with a MediaTek T900 modem, running on Android 16, and offering enhanced generative AI features.
