Huawei has launched their Huawei Sound Joy speaker in the European market on November 1, 2021, which is today. Recently, the brand also announced their Huawei AI Speaker 2e in China. The brand seems to be focusing a lot in their audio segment of products. Here is a quick rundown of the Sound Joy specs and price.

Huawei Sound Joy Price and Availability
The Huawei Sound Joy price in Europe has been set at 149 Euros. Now, this particular price tag converts to approximately Rs. 13,000 in the Indian currency. The newly launched speaker will soon go up for pre-ordering in France and other European markets.

Units are expected to ship on November 10, 2021. When it comes to the availability of the speaker by Huawei, it seems to be limited to Europe as of now. The India availability of the device is currently under wraps.
Huawei Sound Joy Specifications
Moving to the Huawei Sound Joy specs, it comes with a four-speaker setup. This four-speaker setup can offer an audio output of 79dBA at 2m audio. According to the company, the audio output features deep bass. The tweeter speakers on the device claim to take care of the treble in audio.
The newly launched speaker by Huawei uses Bluetooth v5.2 for connectivity. It also supports codecs like AAC and SBC. For added protection, the speaker comes with an IP67 water resistance rating. This rating claims that the device can stay under 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
On the battery front, the Huawei Sound Joy speaker packs a massive 8800mAh battery. Huawei claims that this battery capacity can offer a playback time of 26 hours. What more, the speaker also brings fast charging support to the tablet, 40W at that. The device claims to offer an hour of playback on just 10 minutes worth of charging it.

Now, coming to the dimensions of the device, it measures 202 x 73 x 680mm. We also see a fabric like strong covering on the speaker which offers rugged protection. This makes the speaker an excellent choice for outdoor activities.
Huawei Sound Joy brings a bunch of smart features to the tablet. These include Shake to Pair, Touch to Phone feature which instantly transfers a track and a proximity-based auto discovery feature. There is also a dedicated voice assistant button the device.
