The massive outage left customers unable to make calls or use the internet. Thus, causing widespread disruption. The Jio Network Down event began on the evening of Sunday, July 7, 2025.     Starting around 7:00 PM, thousands of frustrated users reported that their phones were showing “No Service” or had no network bars at all. Thus, this meant they were completely cut off, unable to contact anyone or use their mobile data.

    Customers quickly took to social media platforms like Twitter to share their problems, making the hashtag #JioDown trend nationwide. So, many people shared screenshots of their phones showing the complete loss of network.

    Services Are Now Being Restored

    The good news for affected users is that Jio’s services are now slowly returning to normal. The company has officially stated that its services are restored. Also, the users should be able to make calls and use the internet as they normally would after Jio network went down.
