Mivi has entered India’s smartphone market with the launch of the Mivi One 5G, a new smartphone that combines 5G connectivity, Android 16 and a large 6,000mAh battery.
The Mivi One 5G also features a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and 128GB storage. Along with the hardware, Mivi is putting significant focus on after-sales support through its Mivi Care+ programme, which includes a one-year warranty and access to service centres across India. Mivi Care+ Brings Extended Support
Mivi is also using its service network as a key part of the Mivi One 5G launch. Buyers receive a one year warranty at no additional cost and access to more than 500 service centres across India.
The Mivi Care+ programme also includes a seven day replacement policy. The company is promoting a replacement first approach during this period instead of repair. Customers can track service requests through the Mivi Care+ app.
Mivi has also announced free doorstep pickup and return service across more than 19,000 PIN codes. With the Mivi One 5G, the company is making its first major move into the smartphone market, combining 5G hardware, Android 16, a large battery and an expanded customer support programme.
