Oppo Reno 16c leaks are gaining attention as a new report suggests that the smartphone could make its India debut alongside the standard Oppo Reno 16. While Oppo has not officially confirmed the launch, the latest information hints that the company is preparing a new budget friendly addition to its popular Reno series. The upcoming device maybudget-friendly offer premium features, a large AMOLED display, and a capable camera setup at a competitive price.
The Oppo Reno 16 series is expected to launch in select global markets next month, and India could receive an extra model in the lineup with the Reno 16c.
Oppo Reno 16c Leaks Hint At Display, Processor And Cameras
According to recent reports, the Oppo Reno 16c may share many specifications with the OPPO Reno 16F. It is set to launch in Indonesia and Malaysia. If the information is accurate, the smartphone could feature:
- Display: 6.57-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, with 120Hz refresh rate
- Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor
- Storage: LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage

The camera system is also expected to be one of its biggest highlights. The phone may include:
- 50-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS)
- 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom
- 8-megapixel ultra wide camera
- 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls
The display is also expected to be larger than the standard Oppo Reno 16, which launched in China with a 6.32 inch 1.5K AMOLED panel.

The Oppo Reno 16c leaks also suggest that the device could pack a large 6,500mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging. Additional features may include stereo speakers, NFC support, an IP69 rated dust and water resistant design, and a lightweight plastic frame.
Oppo is reportedly following a strategy similar to the previous Reno generation, where the Reno 15c was introduced as the most affordable model in the series. That device debuted with a starting price of Rs. 34,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model was priced at Rs. 37,999.
Although Oppo has yet to announce an official launch date or pricing for the Reno 16c, the latest leaks indicate that Indian buyers may soon get another premium mid range smartphone option with flagship inspired features at a more accessible price.
