POCO is all ready to bring the POCO C50 to India. The Xiaomi sub-brand revealed that it will release the smartphone in the last week of November. It has even confirmed the upcoming moniker.

New POCO C50
The new POCO smartphone will be the successor to the POCO C40. It was released in June of this year. However, it was not released in India. The POCO C31 was the last C-series phone in the country.
However, the company has not unveiled the key specifications of the upcoming smartphone. While the company has mentioned in its press release that the new phone will be a ‘budget disrupter’. Adding that it will be an “overall package”. It will deliver “stellar camera performance, immersive multimedia experience”. Along with “long battery life with a sleek design.”

Specifications As Per Listings
According to past reports, the POCO C50 was spotted on the IMEI database and Google Play Supported Devices. As per the listings, it may be a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Redmi A1+.
While if the POCO C50 pops as a rebranded Redmi A1+, it may have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel. Along with a waterdrop notch and an HD+ resolution. It will house a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The phone may offer a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Plus an 8-megapixel + 0.08-megapixel dual camera setup on the back.

The Helio A22 chip may power the phone with 2GB / 3GB of RAM. Moreover, both variants may come with 32GB of built-in storage. The upcoming smartphone may offer a 5,000mAh battery. Along with 10W charging. It may run on Android 12 (Go edition).
