Realme seems to be gearing up to launch another addition to their 8 series of phones. The Realme 8s will launch as their latest addition to the series. The 8 series of phones currently has the Realme 8, Realme 8 5G and the Realme 8 Pro.
Now, 91Mobiles has collaborated with noted tipster OnLeaks to reveal the Realme 8s specifications and design. The 8s will arrive with 5G connectivity alongside a triple rear camera setup. Additionally, the device also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
When it comes to the design, the smartphone appears to come with a triple rear camera setup housed within a square camera module. Moreover, an LED flash can be seen as well in the module. On the left side, one can see the volume rockers, while the right side houses a SIM card tray. Additionally, the left side also houses an integrated fingerprint scanner.
At the bottom, the device houses a USB Type-C port for charging and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The speaker grille can be seen as well at the bottom alongside a primary microphone. The renders also reveal a purple colour, although more variants should appear at the time of launch.

Realme 8s design is largely identical to other Realme 8-series phones in the segment. It has triple cameras arranged in a square module alongside an LED flash. The volume rocker is on the left, while the SIM card tray and power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor are on the right. The speaker grille, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and primary microphone can be seen at the bottom. The phone in the renders is in purple colour, but there could be other options at launch.
Realme 8s Specifications (Leaked)
According to @OnLeaks, Realme 8s will come with a big 6.5-inch display. Additionally, the display will come with a fast 90Hz refresh rate. When it comes to the software, the smartphone will run on Android 11 with the Realme UI 2.0 custom skin on top.
On the processor front, the Realme 8s is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC. Moreover, this octa-core chipset comes with 5G connectivity support as well. Additionally, the processor will pair up with two RAM options, that is, 6GB and 8GB. Also, we will see an additional 5GB virtual RAM support as well on the device. Furthermore, the smartphone will also come with 128GB and 256GB internal storage options.
For photos and videos, the Realme 8s will reportedly feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 64-megapixel primary sensor. However, details of the other two sensors in the setup is currently under wraps. On the front, the handset will feature a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.
When it comes to battery, the Realme 8s packs a large 5000mAh battery. Additionally, the battery pairs up with 33W Dart Charge fast charging support. Furthermore, we can also see a modern side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Moreover, the smartphone comes with a USB Type-C port for charging. The device also retains the conventional yet useful 3.5mm headphone jack.
