Realme until recently primarily focussed on smartphones with AIoT products. However, recently the company announced its plans to get into the laptop and tablet segment during a launch event. They have also teased the products especially the Realme Book. In addition, the company has also teased that they are expecting to launch this new product soon this year.
Previous leaks and small teasers gave us a look into what we can expect in terms of design, price, and launch. However, Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme, gives us a look at the laptop in its full glory via his Twitter post. This Realme Book teaser shows us the laptop with some tidbits of info about its display and design.
Similar to its earlier leaks, the laptop does feature a 3:2 tall display. This fits with all the renders or leaks surfacing online showing a glossy sleek design. The company also teased the laptop at an official event. Whereas, other leaks gave us in-depth look at the Realme Book. Considering the leaks, it is expecting to come with a 14-inch LED panel with FHD resolution and will feature an anti-glare coating.
In terms of the operating system, it is expected to run Windows 10 out of the box with an option to update to Windows 11 once available. Realme Book can power on the newest Intel 11th gen Core i3 and i5 processors. In addition, with multiple variants based on memory and onboard storage. Furthermore, the leaked renders hint that it might not feature a lot of connectivity ports.
Meanwhile, another leak suggests Realme Book is expecting to launch later next month. It is expected to be priced competitively at around Rs 40,000 to undercut the competition. So, how excited are we to have a look at this laptop? We will know more about the same as we come closer to its launch.
