Samsung has finally unveiled the official launch date of their new Galaxy M series 5G smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy M52 5G will finally launch in India on September 28, 2021 at 12 noon IST. Moreover, the smartphone’s availability details have also been revealed. The device will go on sale via the Amazon India e-commerce platform.
The South Korean giant took to their official Twitter account to reveal that their “Leanest Meanest Monster” will finally launch in India. The smartphone will also be available for purchase via the official Samsung India website. The key specifications of the smartphone are already known. The upcoming M52 5G will feature a big 6.7-inch full HD+ AMOLED display. In addition, the display will come with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Further, we will also see a fast 120Hz refresh rate alongside an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display will also come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. When it comes to software, the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G will run on Android 11 OS with the OneUI 3.1 custom skin on top.

On the processor front, the smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. The iQOO Z5 5G will be launching with this processor as well. In addition, the octa-core chipset will pair up with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Further, the internal storage will be expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
For photos and videos, the smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup. The setup will include a 64-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. There will also be a 5-megapixel sensor for depth shots in the setup. At the front, the Samsung Galaxy M42 5G will come with a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

Moving to the battery, the M52 5G will pack a big 5000mAh battery. It will also pack all the essential connectivity options. These include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack. We will also see a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer on the device. Lastly, there will be a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the device as well.
Samsung Galaxy M52 5G Price in India (Expected)
Going by the specifications, we can make an understanding about the fact that it will be a mid-ranger flagship device. Now, most mid-ranger flagships in the Indian market are priced competitively. If we take that into consideration, it will most likely launch at the Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 price segment in the country.
