Couple of days ago, Tecno launched their Spark 8C model in India. Prior to that, the Tecno Spark 8C went silently official in Nigeria and Thailand. This is the sixth device under the brand’s Spark series of handsets. Spark 8C entered the Indian market as an entry-level smartphone. The handset brings a big battery and UniSoC chipset to the table. Tecno Spark 8C Price in India & Availability
The newly launched entry-level smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs. 7,499 in India. Moreover, this is the price set for the handset’s single 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant. When it comes to the availability of the device, it will go on sale via Amazon from 12 PM IST.
Tecno Spark 8C Specifications
The entry-level device comes with a big 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display. In addition, the display offers a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. We also get to see a fast 90Hz refresh rate panel on the handset. In terms of software, the device runs on Android 11 Go Edition with the HiOS custom skin on top.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a UniSoC T610 SoC. This chipset pairs up with up to 3GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Additionally, users can also make use of 3GB VRAM feature. This allows users to turn a part of their internal storage into Virtual RAM to enhance the handset’s performance.
When it comes to optics, the Tecno Spark 8C features a dual rear camera setup. The setup includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8. This sensor is also paired with an AI lens. In addition, there is an LED flash as well that accompanies the setup. The rear camera setup offers HDR Mode, Time-Lapse Mode, AI Scene Recognition, Bokeh Mode, AR Stickers and more.
In terms of battery, we get to see a big 5000mAh battery on the Tecno Spark 8C. This battery capacity pairs up with 10W fast charging support. Furthermore, the handset also offers a microSD card slot for expansion.
