Vivo V23 Pro Appears on IMEI Database; Launch Imminent

Vivo seems to be working on a new device with the moniker Vivo V23 Pro. The smartphone has made an appearance on the IMEI database listing now. The company will be launching their X70 series of device globally on September 13, 2021, which is today. This particular series will include the Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro and the Vivo X70 Pro Plus.

Now, a couple of days ago, a Vivo smartphone with the model number V2132A had been spotted on the TENAA certification website. According to multiple reports, this was the Vivo X70. However, now, the IMEI database listing reveals the moniker as the Vivo V23 Pro. So, all along we were actually looking at the V23 Pro. Noted tipster Mukul Sharma took to Twitter to reveal this piece of information. Without any further ado, let us take a quick look at the upcoming smartphone’s specs revealed by its TENAA listing.

Vivo V23 Pro Specifications (TENAA)

Now, when it comes to the Vivo V23 Pro specs, not a whole lot is known at the moment. However, a couple of things can be derived from its TENAA listing. Moreover, the TENAA listing falls in line with the latest IMEI database listing of the device when it comes to the model number. The smartphone had been spotted on the TENAA listing with the V2132A model number as well.

Now, going by the TENAA listing of the device, it will come with a 6.58-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display. In addition, the display will come with a resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by the Samsung Exynos 1080 flagship chipset.

Moving to the battery, the Vivo V23 Pro will pack a 4,320mAh battery. Further, the battery capacity of the device will be coupled with 44W fast charging support as well. When it comes to the dimensions of the device, it measures 160.10×75.39×7.55mm and weighs 181 grams. For now, this is all that is known about the upcoming device by Vivo.
