Realme 16 5G is rumoured to have a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole design. It is expected to support a 120 Hz refresh rate, a pixel density of 392 PPI, and a 91.40% screen-to-body ratio, with a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The rear camera setup might feature two 50MP lenses, capable of recording videos in Full HD (1920×1080) and HD (1280×720) at 30 fps. It may include 20x digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch-to-focus. The front camera is expected to be a single 50MP lens, also supporting Full HD and HD video recording at 30 fps.

Performance is likely to be driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.2 GHz. It could come with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and support for expandable storage. The phone is expected to run on Android v15 with Realme UI.

The device may feature a 5500mAh Li-Polymer battery with 80W Super VOOC fast charging. Connectivity options might include 5G support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.2, a 3.5mm audio jack, and GPS with A-GPS and Glonass. Dual SIM slots (Nano) are expected, with one slot being hybrid.
