Who Can Get the Free ChatGPT Plus Offer?
The biggest catch is that the promotion appears to be account-specific.
In testing, the free offer was visible on an account that had not previously subscribed to a paid ChatGPT plan. Another account that had previously subscribed to ChatGPT Go did not show the free Plus offer and instead displayed the standard ₹1,999 monthly price.
This means there is no guarantee that every ChatGPT user in India will see the promotion.

ChatGPT Plus Will Auto-Renew At Rs 1,999
There is another important thing to remember before claiming the offer.
The promotion covers only the first month. After the free period ends, the subscription can automatically renew at the regular Rs 1,999 per month price.
If you do not want to continue paying for ChatGPT Plus, you should cancel the subscription before the free month ends or cancel the automatic renewal mandate, depending on the option shown in your account.
