Samsung has officially confirmed the launch of the Samsung Galaxy M47 5G in India on June 29, 2026. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed several key features of the upcoming smartphone, giving buyers a clear idea of what to expect. The Galaxy M47 5G will be available through Amazon India and is aimed at users looking for a premium mid-range smartphone with a smooth AMOLED display, long software support, fast charging, and a capable camera system.
Although Samsung has not announced the official price yet, the Galaxy M47 5G is expected to compete with popular mid range smartphones from brands like Redmi, Realme, POCO, Vivo, iQOO, and OnePlus.

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy M47 5G will launch in two colour options, Rogue Red and Blaze Blue. The phone features a flat rear design with vertically aligned cameras and a side mounted fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone will run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and comes with Samsung’s promise of six Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates. This makes it one of the longest supported smartphones in its segment.

Its 50MP primary camera includes Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), which helps capture sharper photos and smoother videos.
