The design of the OnePlus Nord 2 has been revealed by the company ahead of its July 22 launch date in India. The phone has a triple rear camera layout with two large sensors and one smaller sensor, as well as a flash module. The design is nearly identical to what we previously saw in leaked renders. The OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be the successor of the OnePlus Nord, which was released in July of last year. The new phone will be the first from OnePlus to use a MediaTek SoC.

OnePlus Nord 2 Design Revealed by Company
OnePlus posted a picture of the back design of its upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 through its ‘oneplus.nord’ Instagram account. It has a blue back panel with the OnePlus logo in the center. A triple rear camera array with two large sensors and a third smaller sensor adjacent to the flash can be seen positioned vertically. The phone will launch in India on July 22 at 7:30 p.m. The company will most certainly stage a virtual event, which will be live-streamed on YouTube and its website. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI SoC, an improved variant of the normal MediaTek Dimensity 1200, has been confirmed to power the OnePlus Nord 2 5G. It will have a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and HDR10+ certification. It would also ship with OxygenOS 11, as well as two major Android updates plus three years of security updates.

The OnePlus Nord 2 is expected to include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS).
The phone’s pricing was allegedly leaked recently; the 8GB + 128GB storage option is likely to cost Rs. 31,999, while the 12GB + 256GB model is estimated to cost Rs. 34,999. If these prices are correct, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G will cost considerably more than the original OnePlus Nord.
