  • The OnePlus and Xiaomi price hike has made several popular smartphones and tablets more expensive in India. Both brands have revised the prices of select devices by up to Rs 5,000, adding to the growing trend of price increases across the consumer electronics market.

OnePlus has raised prices for the OnePlus 15R, OnePlus Nord 6, and OnePlus Nord CE 6, while Xiaomi has increased the prices of the Redmi Note 15 SE 5G, Xiaomi Pad 8, and the Redmi Pad 2 series. Industry experts believe the hikes are linked to rising costs of DRAM and NAND memory chips, which are used in smartphones and tablets.
