On Thursday, the Oppo Enco Free 2 true wireless earbuds were launched in China. The Oppo Reno 6 series, which comprises the Oppo Reno 6 Pro+, Oppo Reno 6 Pro, and Oppo Reno 6, was announced alongside these earphones. For convenience and gripping, the Oppo Enco Free 2 earbuds offer an in-ear design with a playback of 30 hours. The earbuds have a noise reduction capability of up to 42dB and arrive with a charging case that features a USB Type-C connector. These are dust and water-resistant to IP54 standards.
Oppo includes a range of ear tips, a USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable, some instructions, the two earbuds, and the charging box inside the package.
Specifications of Oppo Enco Free 2
The Oppo Enco Free 2 earbuds are Bluetooth v5.2 compatible and fit perfectly within an egg-shaped charger. The AirPods Pro appears to have an influence on the design in some way. Other features involve automatic connection once the earbuds are paired and automated audio pause when the earbuds are removed from the ear. The earbuds also serve as a camera shutter for the connected smartphone. These earbuds are water and dust resistant to IP54 standards.
As previously stated, the Oppo Enco Free 2 can play music for up to 30 hours, with four hours on each earbud when noise reduction mode is on. The earbuds could last up to 6.5 hours each if the noise reduction function is turned off. Each earbud has a 41mAh battery, while the charging case has a 480mAh battery. The case and the earbuds take roughly 1.5 hours to completely charge. Additionally, the earbuds claim to have a latency of as low as 47ms. The Earbuds are compatible with both iPhone and Android.
