Realme has now publicly confirmed that the Realme 11 series launch in China in May, after rumours and leaks. Even though the brand’s poster doesn’t show much else about the gear, it does show a round camera module. This isn’t a surprise, since TENAA certification pictures recently showed that the camera module on the Realme 11 Pro is round. We don’t know when the phone will come out for sure, but we should see more hints soon.
It’s possible that Realme will release the Pro versions first and then the regular Realme 11 models later on. Since the phones got the BIS approval, they will also be sold in India.
Realme 11 Series: Specifications
The TENAA certification showed that both the Realme 11 series launch would have a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ touchscreen. There is a chance that the Pro version will have screens that are curved. Both devices are likely to have a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC and up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phones will probably come with Android 13 OS already installed.
The Realme 11 and Realme 11 Pro+ could have a 5000mAh battery and support for 67W fast charging (the Realme 11 Pro could only do 33W). But China’s 3C entry showed that they would have charging speeds of 100W and 67W. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and syncing data are all ways to connect. For protection, they could have a fingerprint sensor built into the screen.
Realme 11 Pro boasts a 100MP main camera with a 2MP backup sensor. The Realme 11 Pro+ features a whopping 200MP main camera, 8MP secondary lens, and 2MP tertiary sensor. We should find out more about the phone as time goes on. Until then, stay put.
