Realme is all prepped up to launch its Realme 9 Pro series in India. The Realme 9 Pro and the Realme 9 Pro+ is included in the series. So far, we have received plenty of leaks and teasers surrounding the smartphones. However, Realme has now officially confirmed the launch date of the Pro series in India. In addition, the company has confirmed the design of its upcoming phone.
The company teased the upcoming series on its Twitter account, revealing its launch date. According to the teaser, the launch will happen virtually and will be available to live stream on its official social media channels. In addition, the company has set up a dedicated microsite on its official website, unveiling Realme 9 Pro series specs.

Realme 9 Pro series launching on February 16
According to the tweet, its event on February 16, 2022, will begin at 1.30 pm. It will be a virtual event, and everyone can watch it via live streams on YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Realme will announce the specifications, price, and availability of the Realme 9 Pro series at the event.

Meanwhile, Realme VP, Madhav Sheth has already teased the Sunrise Blue and Glittery Red colour option of the Realme 9 Pro series. Yesterday, Realme’s official social media handle has shared a video that confirms the design of the phone and its colour shifting technology. Although Sheth didn’t provide any further details about the new design, Realme through its official global account on Twitter posted a teaser video that shows how the Light Shift Design works.

On the other hand, specifications-wise, there’s already a lot of it leaked and teased about the series. In short, Realme 9 Pro+ will have a Dimensity 920 processor, an optical heart rate sensor on the display, a flagship Sony IMX766 sensor at the back with OIS, and support for 5G.
