    About the Mobile Phone

The Realme Narzo 10 packs a 5000 mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support. The company calls the Narzo series a gaming-centric smartphone series which comes at a price tag of INR 11, 999.

    Pros:

    • A bigger battery of 5000mAh with type C port and 18W fast charger.
    • 48MP Quad-Camera
    • Budget gaming phone with Helio G80 chipset

    Cons:

    • It comes with the old pin-hole camera and not the newer punch-hole design front camera of the Realme 6.
    • Realme 6 comes with a higher refresh rate than the new Narzo 10, which makes the viewing device smoother than the Narzo 10.
    • Realme 6 uses MediaTek Helios G90 which is superior to the Helios G80 of Realme Narzo 10.

Realme Narzo 10 was expected to arrive in March 2020. After several months of teasing it is finally launched on 11th May 2020 as a Realme sub-series. The phone is marketed as a gaming-centric device with big battery life for its Generation Z buyers. It has a powerful MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor available for the first time in any smartphone and the usual quad-camera rear setup of 48magapixels and selfie camera of 16 megapixels.

Realme Narzo 10 Price in India

The price for the Realme Narzo 10 falls in the affordable segment. Realme Narzo 10 price in India is kept at Rs.11,999 for the 4GB + 128GB storage variant and will be available for purchase from 18th May onwards on the Realme’s official website.

At this price, the Realme 10 offers a great processor but better options like Realme 6 can be considered.

The Narzo 10 has a rounded design, as seen in the launch videos. It sports a vertical striped pattern that is interesting. Moreover, the matter textured-back improves the in-hand feel of the device. There is a pin-hole camera in the centre of the display for the selfie camera. It comes in a plastic black cover and glass front. It is available in two colours That White and That Green. There is a rear fingerprint scanner as well.

The Narzo 10 features a 6.5-inch HD+ display which comes with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. With a pixel density of 270ppi, the device gets Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. Unfortunately, the display isn’t Full HD, which was expected at this price point. The screen-to-body ratio of 89.8% and 20:9 aspect ratio makes the single-hand usage comfortable for the user.

Powering the Realme Narzo 10 is a Mediatek Helio G80 chipset paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB internal storage which is expandable using the triple card slot. The octa-core CPU is clubbed with Mali-G52 MC2 GPU which aims at making the Narzo 10 a medium to high-speed gaming phone at this price point.
The Narzo 10, just like any other Realme device, gets Realme UI out-of-the-box, which runs on top of Android 10.

Along with 48MP primary sensor, Realme Narzo 10 comes with 8-megapixels 119° ultrawide angle lens, a 2-megapixel monochrome portrait camera and a 2-megapixel macro shot camera. The camera sensor appears to be the Samsung sensor.
At the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 large aperture, HDR Camera, AI Beauty and adjustable Bokeh effect, housed in a water drop design. Features like digital zoom, auto flash, face detection, and touch to focus are also present.

The Realme Narzo 10 packs a 5000mAh battery provides that claims up to 12.3 hours of gaming or 29.3 hours of calling, which is impressive. The battery also gets support for 18W fast charging and surprisingly, support for reverse charging is also there.

Realme Narzo 10 at INR 11,999 is cheaper than the Realme 6, which, however, is still a steal at INR 14,000. This may be due to the fact that the phone performance and picture quality of Realme 6 is way superior. However, the Realme Narzo 10 is an upgrade over the Realme 5S that comes with a 17 Watt charging and type C port and Helio G80 processor.
Combining the pros and cons, it can be said that itvis still better to drop the newly launched Narzo 10 for the Realme6.
