Reason Behind The Sale And Deals

The BSNL flash sale comes at a time when the telecom operator has been facing a decline in subscriber growth within India’s competitive telecom market. According to recent data from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), BSNL saw a loss of 0.2 million subscribers overall in April. Additionally, the number of active BSNL subscribers dropped by 1.8 million during the same period.

To address this setback, BSNL has launched several new initiatives. Earlier this month, the company unveiled its 5G service, branded Q-5G (short for Quantum 5G), emphasizing the “power, speed, and future” of its next-generation network. Furthermore, BSNL has begun offering doorstep delivery of both prepaid and postpaid SIM cards, following the lead of private operators like Airtel, Jio, and Vodafone Idea (Vi).

With this new service, consumers can either obtain a fresh connection or port their existing number to BSNL, with the SIM card conveniently delivered to their homes.
