Vivo sub-brand iQOO is all set to launch their iQOO 9 Series of devices in India on February 23 2022. The series will consist of three devices namely the iQOO 9 5G, iQOO 9 Pro 5G and iQOO 9 SE. The series went official in China last month itself. Now, the upcoming iQOO 9 Pro Indian variant’s specifications have surfaced online.

The brand itself has been revealing the key details gradually. iQOO has taken to their official websites and social media handles to reveal the key specifications of the Indian variant ahead of launch. We do know quite a lot about the handset at this point. Without any further ado, let us take a quick look at the iQOO 9 Pro 5G specs!

In terms of display, we will get to see a 2K E5 AMOLED display. This will be backed by an intelligent display chip. Moreover, the display on the iQOO 9 Pro will double down as an in-display fingerprint sensor. This particular fingerprint sensor will be powered by a 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Sensor of Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max.

On the processor front, the upcoming flagship handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest and greatest. Yes, we are talking about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Talking about optics, we will get to see a 50-megapixel GN5 Gimbal Stabilisation sensor in the setup.

As per previous leaks, the iQOO 9 Pro 5G is expected to pack a 4,700mAh battery. In addition, the flagship device will offer 120W fast charging support as well. Moreover, there will be support for 50W wireless fast charging support as well.

From the looks of it, the Indian variant of the device will be a cross between the Chinese variants of the iQOO 9 and 9 Pro 5G.
