iQOO confirms the launch date of the upcoming iQOO Z3 smartphone in India. After rife rumors and leaks – the device will launch on June 8th, 2021. The company will host a virtual event at 12 noon on that day to unveil the phone. However, we also have some key information on the specs of the device after the several teasers and leaks. In addition, there is also an Amazon listing highlighting some of its specs.

iQOO Z3 5G Expected Specifications
As per the leaks and teasers, it is confirmed to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 768G 5G processor. The company also says the Z3 will be India’s first phone with the latest Snapdragon chipset. In addition, the Amazon listing also mentions the 3GB Extended RAM (LPDDR4X RAM). The timeline on the page says the brand will announce FlashCharge technology on the phone.

Furthermore, as it has already launched in China we have detailed specs of the iQOO Z3. It sports a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2408× 1080 pixels resolution, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone ships with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G SoC paired with Adreno 620 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It boots Android 11-based iQOO UI 1.0 custom skin on top and packs a 4,400mAh battery with 55W fast charging support.
As for optics, the iQOO Z3 5G has a quad-camera setup at the back with a 64MP (f/1.79 aperture) Samsung ISOCELL GW3 primary sensor with LED flash and EIS, an 8MP (f/2.2 aperture) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4 aperture) depth sensor. There is a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C.

Whereas, in terms of its Indian pricing, it can launch in India for ₹25,000 approximately. To recall, iQOO Z3 5G price in China is RMB 1,699 (approx Rs 18,800) for 6GB+128GB model, RMB 1,799 (around Rs 20,000) for 8GB+128GB variant and RMB 1,999 (around Rs 22,200) for the 8GB+256GB option.
