Oppo Reno 6 Series Tipped by Alleged 3C and MIIT Listings

According to sources, Oppo is preparing to launch Oppo Reno 6 series this year. Just like its predecessors, it will have three variants Reno 6, Reno 6 Pro and Reno 6 Pro + . However, this comes just as it starts appearing online, suggesting that the upcoming lineup is currently in the works. The device under the model number PEXM00 has appeared on the website of the Chinese MIIT certification site. Additionally, it also surfaced on 3C revealing some ket specs.

According to the listing on 3C, the Oppo Reno 6 series appears with the model numbers PEPM00, PEXM00 and PDNM00. It also indicates that the phones may support 65W fast charging. Moreover, it also expected to to belong to Reno6, featuring 90Hz refresh rate and the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. The phone is listed to run on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1, pack 8GB RAM, and include 128GB storage.

Furthermore, the MIIT listing of Oppo Reno 6 series also shows images which suggest that the phone may have a triple rear camera setup. These all details comes from a known tipster Abhishek Yadav who first spotted these leaks online.

On the other hand, there rumors that Oppo Reno 6 series can be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC. Whereas, the Reno 6 Pro may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. However, the high-end Oppo Reno6 Pro+ can power by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.

The tipster additionally claims that Oppo Reno 6series may feature 90Hz screen refresh rates, while Oppo Reno6Pro+ may feature a refresh rate of 120Hz. All the phones can support 65W fast charging and there may have a Sony IMX789 sensor integrated into the series as well.
