Portronics Kronos Beta, the latest budget smartwatch from the Indian manufacturer, was launched in India on Wednesday. The latest model has features like real-time heart rate monitoring and a battery life of 7 days. The Kronos Beta smartwatch is dust and water-resistant, and it supports over 100 different watch faces. The Portronics Kronos Beta, like several of the more expensive smartwatches, has an offline music playback option via its built-in storage. There are also preloaded sports modes to track a wide range of activities.

The Portronics Kronos Beta smartwatch costs Rs. 3,999 and is available in black, grey, and rose pink. It is available on the Portronics website as well as other online stores.

Specifications and Features
In terms of specifications, the Portronics Kronos Beta has a 1.28-inch TFT round-shape display with a touch screen. The smartwatch has 512MB of inbuilt storage, which can be used to store up to 300 songs. In terms of activity and fitness tracking, the Kronos Beta offers a 24/7 heart rate monitor and 10 sports modes to monitor activities like running, walking, hiking, and stair steps, among others.

Portronics claims that the Kronos Beta smartwatch has over 100 watch faces. Furthermore, using the mobile application, users can create their own faces. Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity is also available.
The Portronics Kronos Beta has an IP68-certified aluminium and polycarbonate body that is likely to be dust and water-resistant to some extent. The smartwatch has a 240mAh battery which can last up to seven days. The built-in battery should take about an hour to fully charge.
