Reliance Jio To Launch AI Platform, Mukesh Ambani Announces Rs 7 Trillion Gujarat Investment

Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani announced a major push into artificial intelligence and infrastructure at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference. Jio will launch a new AI language platform powered by a large data centre in Jamnagar. Ambani also pledged a massive Rs 7 trillion investment in Gujarat over the next five years.

The move highlights Reliance’s focus on affordable AI, regional languages, and long-term growth in India.

Jio AI Platform To Focus On Indian Users

Mukesh Ambani said Jio will build a people-first AI platform. It will help users access services in their own language. The platform will use the upcoming AI-ready data centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Reliance also announced a huge investment plan for Gujarat. Ambani said the company invested over ₹3.5 trillion in the past five years. Now, it will double that amount for the Jio AI Platform.
