Samsung could soon make several of its popular mid-range and budget smartphones more expensive in India. The Samsung Galaxy price hike document suggests the company has increased prices for the Galaxy A17, Galaxy A27, Galaxy F17, and Galaxy A07 5G across different storage variants. The revised prices reportedly take effect from September 2.
The Samsung Galaxy price hike varies by model and configuration. Some variants may see a modest increase, while select Galaxy A17 models with trade-in allowance could see a much bigger jump. However, Samsung’s official website had not reflected the reported revised prices at the time of writing. Galaxy A17 Could See The Biggest Price Increase
According to a price revision document shared on X, the Samsung Galaxy A17 could receive the biggest increase among the listed smartphones.
The reported new prices for the Galaxy A17 with trade in allowance are:
• 6GB + 128GB: Rs. 29,999, up from Rs. 19,499
• 8GB + 128GB: Rs. 32,999, up from Rs. 20,999
• 8GB + 256GB: Rs. 38,499, up from Rs. 23,999

The standard prices without trade in allowance could also rise.
• 6GB + 128GB: Rs. 27,999, up from Rs. 24,499
• 8GB + 128GB: Rs. 30,999, up from Rs. 27,499
• 8GB + 256GB: Rs. 36,499, up from Rs. 32,999
The Samsung Galaxy A27 may also become more expensive. Its reported revised prices are Rs. 33,999 for 6GB + 128GB, Rs. 38,999 for 8GB + 128GB and Rs. 45,499 for 8GB + 256GB.
Galaxy F17 and Galaxy A07 5G Also Get Reported Hikes
The Samsung Galaxy F17 could see a flat Rs. 3,500 increase across its listed variants. This would take the prices to:
• 4GB + 128GB: Rs. 23,499
• 6GB + 128GB: Rs. 26,499
• 8GB + 128GB: Rs. 29,499
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy A07 5G could get a smaller increase. The 4GB + 128GB version may rise by Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 19,999, while the 6GB + 128GB model could increase by Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 22,999.
The reported Samsung Galaxy price hike comes as smartphone makers face rising component and memory costs. Still, these prices are based on a leaked document, and Samsung has not officially confirmed the changes yet. Buyers should therefore check Samsung’s official listings before making a purchase.
