Snapchat Launches Indian Version Of Ludo!

The popular social media platform Snapchat launched Ludo Club, the first Indian Snap Game, a version of the popular strategy board game Ludo.

As we all know, Snapchat started Snap Games for its users in April 2019. With six games like Bitmoji Party, Alphabear Hustle, C.A.T.S. (Crash Arena Turbo Stars), Drift Race and Snake Squad.

Over 100 million Snapchat users (on record) are enjoying games with their friends on this social media platform. In 2020, the company introduced more new games on the social media platform.

You can now play Ludo Club with your friends on Snapchat. The American company has made this game in partnership with Bengaluru-based gaming startup Moonfrog Labs.

In a press statement, Tanay Tayal, co-founder and Director at Moonfrog Labs, said, “We’re delighted to bring one of our most popular and loved games, Ludo Club, to the Snap Games platform. Our shared motto of making gaming more inclusive makes this a perfect partnership for re-imagining how people engage and connect.”

Snap Games is one of the essential areas the company is focusing on. And it strengthens its presence in the country. Moreover, the popularity of games is increasing accordingly, they are taking more gaming partner on board. It has so far partnered with gaming developers like PikPok, Spry Fox, Game Closure, ZeptoLab, Zynga, Mojiworks and Gismart.

Ludo Club is the latest product launched by Snapchat in India. Earlier, they also launched the first Snap Original “Phone Swap India” in the country.

Snapchat has been expanding branches in India. And, the company is sure that it will see 150% growth, as it will reach beyond 60 million users any time soon!
