With 2021 coming to an end, Microsoft confirms 31 titles headed to Xbox Game Pass on Day One in 2022. To recall, the Game Pass subscription service launched back in 2017, and since then it’s considered a “great deal in gaming”. Plus, this time it looks like the list this time’s pretty wild so far. With this year’s incredible offering, it seems 2022 could prove an even more momentous year for the service.
Which titles will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch in 2022?
Microsoft has confirmed that any Xbox Game Studios title will hit Xbox Game Pass on Day One. That means big games like Starfield will be available on their release date for subscribers. In addition, some highly anticipated third-party titles will also be available. Of note, both Total War: Warhammer III, and STALKER 2 will release on game pass on launch day.

As we know already, Xbox Game Pass allows players to play many of these first-party titles from Microsoft as well as third-party titles on Day One. This means that the games will be available on the service on the day of launch. Basically, allowing players to dive right into the year’s most anticipated games on day one without having to make any extra purchase apart from the Game Pass.
