Making its entry to the budget-range section, Nokia has launched a brand new device in the recent launch event. Yes, Nokia has come up with Nokia X10 5G smartphone with a budget-range price tag to compete with the already available devices under this price segment. The smartphone comes with a large RAM and internal storage and features some of the interesting features according to HMD Global. Let’s check if it’s true what is being claimed about Nokia X10. Nokia X10 Price in India
Nokia X10 is available in multiple variants including 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and another 4GB RAM and 128GB RAM variant. For now, Nokia X10 price for the base variant with 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage is known and that is EUR 309. You can buy this smartphone in two colour options, Forest and snow colour.
Looking at the front, there is a display with a punch-hole at the top for housing the selfie camera. at the bottom of the display, you’ll see a noticeable chin with Nokia engraved on it. The edges represent minimum bezels. On the rear, there is a circular camera module housing the Quad-camera setup and besides which there is an LED flash.
For biometric authentication, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor mounted on the power button. It has been placed on the right edge along with the volume rocker. The top edge features a 3.5 mm headphone jack while the bottom edge comes with a USB Type-C charging port.
Speaking of the display, Nokia has disappointed again. Although the resolution is FHD+, still the panel is of LCD technology. Further, the display of the Nokia X10 does not feature any higher refresh rate and does not support HDR 10+ etc.
For enabling 5G, the CPU used is SM4350 AB and it is clubbed with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Nokia X10 runs on Android R. The connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi. Also, some of the additional features are Acceleration sensor, Ambient Sensor, E-Compass, Face Unlock, Google Assistant, Gyroscope, NFC Supported, Proximity Sensor etc.
On the rear, Nokia has provided Nokia X10 with a 48MP Quad-camera setup, featuring a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor along with a 2MP depth sensor. The rear camera setup is provided with an LED flash. Here you are getting an 8MP front camera for capturing selfies, but the front flash is missing. As for the videos, Nokia X10 supports 1080 pixel videos at 30 fps.
The battery section includes a 4470 mAh battery. Considering the latest trend and the pricing of Nokia X10, there should have been a higher capacity battery. Also, the smartphone is missing the fast charging feature, which adds more to the miseries. There is a Type-C charging port for connecting the charger.
Nokia X10 is a below-average 5G smartphone with nothing to show except a 5G chipset and decent RAM and internal storage along with average quad-rear cameras. If you are looking for a budget-range 5G smartphone with overall great performance, either wait for some time or there are already multiple options available in the market.
