You also get an 5-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 powers the phone, paired with up to 6GB of RAM. It has a 5,100mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC charging.

Oppo A3 5G Design
The Oppo A3 Pro 5G features a sleek and elegant build that makes it look beautiful despite being a budget device. The design resembles its more expensive sibling, the Oppo A3 Pro. You get an attractive plastic back panel in two different colours: Ocean Blue and Nebula Green. The phone is lightweight, measuring just 7.7mm thick and weighing around 187 grams. You also have water resistance with an IP54 rating. There is also MIL-STD810H certification for durability. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication.

The Oppo A3 5G sports a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a HD+ resolution, great for the price. Furthermore, it has a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. Oppo has opted for Panda Glass protection against drops and scratches. This panel offers a pixel density of 264 PPI and a 1604 x 720 pixels resolution. Thanks to the punch hole cutout, watching content on the large screen remains an enjoyable experience. The LCD panel has a peak brightness of 1000 nits.

The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 powers the Oppo A3 5G, which is a new mid-range chipset. It is paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. You also get a micro-SD card slot for expansion. The phone runs on the latest ColorOS 14, which is based on Android 14. For connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 5, dual-SIM 5G, and Bluetooth, although it misses out on NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
