Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Launch in India 

Finally, the Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone from Samsung has made its way into Indian markets. This will be Samsung’s first smartphone launch in India in 2022, and the Galaxy S21FE 5G has been generating a lot of interest in the months leading up to its debut.  Despite its lower price tag, the Galaxy S21 FE has all of the premium features found on the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra. Here is everything that you need to know before making any decision. 

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE price in India 

Two RAM and storage variants will be offered by Samsung, with the Galaxy S21FE 5G offering 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB respectively. The smartphone will be available for purchase at an initial price of Rs Rs 49,999 for the basic model and Rs Rs 53,999 for the 256GB option, which includes a Rs 5,000 rebate on HDFC Bank cards when purchased with certain cards.

The Galaxy S21 FE 5G will be available beginning on January 11, 2022, on Samsung.com, Amazon.in, and other top online portals, as well as at select retail outlets. In addition, the deals will be available between January 11 and January 17, 2022, unless otherwise stated.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Design 

There are four colour options for the Galaxy S21 FE, all of which are eye-catching. The basic design is similar to the S21 with the matte back panel and a flush camera bump in the top right corner, unlike the “floating” bulge on Galaxy S20’s FE version. It’s larger than the original Galaxy S21 but not as big as the S21 Ultra.  With an IP68 certification and an optical fingerprint sensor tucked underneath the display, this phone is both water-resistant and dust-proof. Both an SD card port and a conventional headphone connector are conspicuously absent. When compared to the S20 FE, the S21 FE swaps out the second SIM tray for an SD card slot.

Its 6.4-inch screen places it between the 6.1-inch S21 and 6.7-inch S21 Plus, both of which have a display resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Because it uses the same lens as the S21’s and offers a 3x hybrid zoom instead of the 1.1x optical zoom, this camera’s apparent resolution drop won’t matter much to most users. 

The 32MP camera on the front of the phone is an improvement over the 10MP camera on the previous S21 variants, but the resolution isn’t the only determining factor in photo quality.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Battery

With a 4,500mAh battery, Samsung provides power to the Galaxy S21 FE. Fast wired charging is supported, however, there is no charging cable included in the package. In addition, the phone has 15W rapid wireless charging as well as 4.5W reverse wireless charging capabilities.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Verdict

At first glance, the S21 FE is an excellent mid-range phone, with characteristics like a beautiful screen and a strong CPU for people searching for a convenient and less costly mobile. In spite of these shortcomings, the launch price is still way too costly for what you receive, not to mention poor charging speed, choppy software, and mediocre battery life.
