Seeing the rising Anti-Chinese sentiment in the country, Lava came up with Lava Z61 Pro Made in India Smartphone to showcase its presence. It is just another entry-level smartphone device with mere decent features for domestic call and text purposes.

Lava Z61 has nothing much essential and different to offer to the audience. It is embossed with a claim of “Made in India” which could turn out as the major selling point of this phone. Lava Z61 has a nominal cost of Rs 5,774 and comes in two color variants – Amber Red and Midnight Blue.

The new Lava Z61 Pro is a budget phone with a traditional bezel design symmetric from all sides of the display and showcases a vertical module with a camera at the back. Lava Z61 Pro specifications include a 1.6 GHz octa-core SoC, HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone runs power derived from a 3,100mAh battery.

Lava Z61 Pro Specifications and Availability in India
Lava Z61 Pro Made in India Smartphone will be available on Amazon and Flipkart. This smartphone will feature a 5.45-inches HD+ display coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. The storage can be expanded up to 128 GB using the microSD card.

The rear is embedded with an 8MP snapper while the front camera packs a 5MP sensor. Additionally, for the user’s interest, the camera supports portrait mode, burst mode, panorama, filters and beauty mode, HDR, and lastly the night mode.
In terms of connectivity, Lava Z61 Pro supports Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB OTG, and a micro-USB section. For security purposes, the handset could be locked through an in-built face lock mechanism.
