Motorola has expanded its G series in India with the launch of the Moto G Max India model. The new smartphone focuses on battery life, a high refresh rate display and solid everyday performance. It comes with a large 7,000mAh battery, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset and Android 16 out of the box.
The Motorola Moto G Max is Motorola's second Max-branded smartphone in India after the Motorola Moto Edge 70 Max. With a starting price of Rs 27,999, the phone enters a competitive segment that includes several performance-focused smartphones from brands such as OnePlus, iQOO and Xiaomi.
Moto G Max India Price, Availability And Launch Offers
Motorola has priced the Moto G Max at Rs 27,999 in India. The phone comes in a single configuration with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It will be available through Flipkart, with sales scheduled to begin on August 20 at 12pm.

Customers can also take advantage of launch offers. Motorola is offering a Rs 1,000 instant discount on Axis Bank and ICICI Bank credit card transactions. Buyers can alternatively get a Rs 1,000 exchange bonus when they trade in an eligible smartphone.
The phone will be available in Pantone Alaskan Blue, Pantone Malaga and Pantone Stargazer colour options.

The smartphone runs Hello UI based on Android 16 and comes with a promise of two Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates.

Motorola claims the 7,000mAh battery can deliver up to 63 hours of use on a single charge. The phone also supports RAM Boost, allowing users to expand virtual RAM by up to 24GB using internal storage.
The Moto G Max measures 166.23 x 76.50 x 8.60mm and weighs 213 grams. It also retains useful features such as a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type C port, side mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock.
